(High School) iLiterature guides students through the experience of creating their own literary podcast to demonstrate their knowledge of literature. Students are partnered to form a group with the end goal of creating an 8-10 minute podcast. Each group will choose a podcast prompt, write a script, produce the script in the form of a podcast, and deliver the podcast for the class’s evaluation. This project can be assigned for a specific piece of literatures, authors, or unit or as a culminating end of the term assessment. The following is a list of activities designed to provide you with a comprehensive, standards-aligned, literacy and technology-infused curriculum for iLiterature: Creating Literary Podcasts. Feel free to add your own elements, skip activities or modify the unit to work best for you and your students. Supporting Web Resources & Credits This ILT project was written by Michelle Topf |
