Student Information Reports Activity Eligibility This report will batch print student's activity eligibility status. Page breaks are inserted automatically for each activity. Progress report (Queried D & F report), GRD08 Mark Exception          
Student Information Reports Batch Fee Billing Fee Billing Statement; looks like a bill that contains student name, address, ID, grade, gender, total fees, total debit amount, balance due, fee type, due date, course Fee. Student Fees (detail report)

Student Information Reports Enrollment Status This report lists students' enrollment start/end status and mailing address. The default calendar year is the current selected calendar. ATP28 Add-Drop Report

Student Information Reports Folder Labels by DOB This report is formatted to print on 1" X 2-5/8" labels. Labels include: Parents names, Name, Gender, DOB, Address and Phone. Only the students whose birth date falls within the user input date range are included in the report Done by Query          
Student Information Reports Progress Report This report shows students' credit progress toward graduation standards. Note: This shows only credit totals toward top level curriculum standards. Students should be individually reviewed to see if all sub-standards are met. Grad Requirements HSG01 or Grad Status HSG02          
Student Information Reports Test Results This report lists out students' best test results for each selected test. At lease one test category, test result and test score must be selected to generate the report.

Census, People Link, Enrollments tab Student Enrollment History Report: Lists current and previous enrollment history, grade, school#/calendar, Start Date, End Date, start and end status None          
Census, Reports Address Change Find all people within Campus Census that had an address change after the start date specified. If an end date is specified only people with an address change after the start and before the end date will be returned. When calendars are specified students enrolled in specified calendars that have had address changes on or after the start date (and before the end date) will be returned.            
Census, Reports Census by Address This report lists the latest student addresses active on or before the effective date. If effective date is not entered, the current date is assumed.            
Census, Reports Census by Birth Date Find all students entered in Campus Census with a birthdate in the range specified and in selected school or calendar. When using the date option, start date indicates the date to start the search from, all birthdates after this date will be reported up to the end date. If the end date is not specified the date is assumed to be today. When a month is selected, start and end dates will be ignored, and only students with birthday's in the selected month who have active enrollments on effective date will be reported. A blank effective date defaults to today STU25 Birthday - only gave 1 month at a time or STU02 Student Directory/Birthday Listing          
Census, Reports Census by School Boundary Find the students whose addresses are within the school boundary. Display the students' latest information on or before the effective date. If effective date is not entered, the current date is assumed.

Census, Reports Mailing Labels This report will generate a list of mailing labels for the selected students. The report will print only one label for one household and only the students' guardian's name will be printed if choose print labels for "Household". One label per student will be printed if choose print label for "Student". Only addresses marked as "mailing" will be included. Salutation, print by Student or Household, sort by Name, Address or Zip. STU03 Name and Address Labels also a Query done in SASI

Attendance, Report ADA and ADM Detail Report This report calculates ADM (average daily membership) and ADA (average daily attendance) based on the whole day and half day attendance defined in the calendar or an exact minute setting. The report summarizes the data by student, grade and calendar for the date range entered. ATP54 Attendance Summary

Attendance, Report Register Calculates whole day and half-day attendance based on the number of minutes defined in the calendar, displays for each day, for each student, for a grade level along with a summary of ADA and ADM. The attendance days are displayed across the horizontal axis on a page in landscape mode, which limits the report to a range of about 40 days. ATP26 Perfect Attendance List

Scheduling, Reports Schedule Batch This report will print student schedules en masse, one page per student suitable for handing out to students. This is a very complex report, so try to limit the number of students run per batch. CLS33 Student Schedule & CLS32 Class Schedule          
Scheduling, Reports Schedule Conflicts List each non-alternate request that haven't be fulfilled in the currently active trial. If all sections for that course are full, display "NO SEATS REMAIN". If the Course only has 1 section, and the student has a course in their schedule that also only has 1 section, display "SINGLETON CONFLICT". If the student has no schedule gaps, or the size of the course is larger than the size of the schedule hole, display "FULL SCHEDULE". For all others, display "CONFLICT" Schedule Pro          
Scheduling, Reports Seat Count Counts are in the format: seats Taken / seats Placed(requested Seats Placed). Requested seats placed adjusts the seats Placed count by only including seats that are requested. For example, if 101 Art has one section with 30 seats and there are only 15 students requesting seats, then only 15 seats will be counted in the totals. The grade level seats placed counts are approximations based off the percentage of requests for a course in that grade level. The grade level approximations assume perfect balance, and so it is possible that seats Taken can be greater than the seats Placed estimations. This report is designed for scheduling use, and counts may not be accurate after a term starts Schedule Pro

Scheduling, Reports Teacher Load Teacher Load Report summarize teachers' utilization, which includes the number of classes, sections, periods(exclude non-Instruction periods), students, Special Ed students, the total number of unique students they taught. The records are breakdown by term.            
Scheduling, Reports Teacher Schedule Batch This report will batch print teachers' schedules, 1 page per teacher suitable for handing out to teachers. This is a very complex report, so try to limit the number of teachers run per batch.

Grading & Standards, Reports Class Rank This report calculates students rank based on cumulative GPA. STU05 Class Rank and GPA          
Grading & Standards, Reports Grades Report This report will batch print student's grades. There is an option to print the report group by student, teacher or course. Page breaks are inserted automatically for each student, teacher or course suitable for handing out. GRD08 Mark Exception Report, D&F Query report
