Personnel Selection Process

All School Personnel Committee members should be trained, using this video, prior to the interview process. All sections should be viewed. The total viewing time is less than 15 minutes. It is highly recommended that the committee views the video in a group setting. It can be easily viewed by a group by hooking up a computer that has Web access to a television or projector. Committee members may also view it independently, if scheduling conflicts arise.

The video is made of smaller segments to shorten the downloading time. The smaller segments also make it easier to replay specific information according to need.
